We have already established ourselves as one of the leading companies in the Nordics for long-term dedicated remote tech talent and we are now looking to expand to the Benelux region. This is where you come in, our new Sales associate with focus on the Benelux region.
What You’ll do
- Have introduction sales calls with prospective clients who came in from inbound marketing to elicit software engineering needs and explain how Proxify works and what makes us difference
- Coordinate with recruitment to find the perfect match from our talent network to be proposed for the client
- Follow and improve sales process to successfully secure deals
- Do outreaches to companies in need of developers and follow-up on leads from marketing
- Build strong relationships with customers and solve customers’ problems and demands.
- Maintain effective internal communication to ensure that all other internal stakeholders (such as the management and support team) are kept informed of the Account performance and of any issues or opportunities that arise.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development
- A person with a keen interest in tech (preferably some level of programming experience)
- Native Dutch speaker (bonus if you speak German or French)
