We are growing fast and currently looking for a IT Sourcer/Researcher.
Our potential team member isn't a recruitment assistant, this person will be a strategic partner for our Recruitment team. The goal is to find, attract and select the best specialists who would meet the requirements and fit in with our corporate culture.
— You have 2+ years of experience at a similar position in IT / Outsourcing;
— Has at least B1 level of English;
— Knows the full cycle of recruitment process and sourcing channels;
— A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to details;
— Good tech and labor industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities, meetups, hackathons etc.;
— You learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
— Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to (over)communicate and make sure everyone is on the same page;
— Deep recruitment experience in Github, Stackoverflow search;
— Advanced English;
— Experience with ATS;
— Source for roles across a variety of departments, including but not limited to engineering, product, and business;
— Provide a magical and high touch candidate experience;
— Cooperate with Recruiters to ensure the most effective implementation of the sourcing model from the operational point of view;
— Research and utilize creative resources to identify and attract talented individuals;
— Be detail-oriented and be able to follow processes that will inevitably change over time as we grow;
— Get creative and innovative in finding extraordinary talent through unconventional means;
— Provide reporting support, schedule interviews, coordinate and attend campus and/or university events where necessary.
