The Role:


We are looking for a Senior SAP / ABAP Engineer for one of our clients. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.

What we are looking for:


  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP/ABAP developer, with expertise in multiple SAP modules.
  • Strong proficiency in ABAP programming (OO ABAP, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALV reports, User Exits, Enhancements, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Gateway, and OData services.
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA, CDS Views, and AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures).
  • Familiarity with SAP PI/PO or other integration platforms.
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager and debugging tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP workflow and web services (SOAP/REST).
  • SAP certification(s) in relevant modules will be a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations will be a plus.

Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, test, and implement custom applications and enhancements using ABAP programming language.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and other developers to design innovative technical solutions that meet business needs within the SAP landscape.
  • Develop and support SAP modules such as SD, MM, FICO, HCM, and others as required by the business.
  • Perform ABAP performance tuning to ensure the highest performance standards for SAP applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other applications, including non-SAP solutions.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for SAP issues, including debugging of custom programs and performance issues.
  • Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects to ensure smooth transitions and minimise business disruptions.
