The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Developer for one of our clients who would be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.

What we are looking for:

5+ years of proven experience as an Azure Cloud Developer with a strong portfolio of cloud-based projects.
Expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Resource Manager, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure App Services, and more.
Strong knowledge of cloud development, IaC, and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with security, compliance, and performance optimization in Azure.
Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure, including app services, databases, containers, and serverless functions.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to design scalable and secure cloud solutions that meet business requirements.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to automate the provisioning and management of Azure resources.
Leverage Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable application deployments.
Implement security best practices and compliance standards in Azure to protect data and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Set up monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of Azure resources. Optimise costs and resources.
Develop and execute test plans, perform code reviews, and ensure the reliability, functionality, and security of cloud applications.
