The Role:

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Tableau for data visualisation, including advanced features such as calculated fields, parameters, and complex dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Proficiency in data modelling concepts and best practices to enable efficient reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced, interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that provide insight into business performance.
• Work closely with data engineers and analysts to define, model, and transform data to support reporting and visualisation needs.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across various business functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
• Continuously optimise and enhance Tableau dashboards for performance, scalability, and ease of use.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by implementing best practices for data validation, testing, and quality control.
• Create and maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and data sources to enable a seamless handoff and collaboration with team members.
