The Role:
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Azure Engineer for one of our clients. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in DevOps roles with a focus on Azure.
- Proven experience in designing and managing Azure-based infrastructure.
- Expertise in Azure services and features, including Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
- Intermediate-advanced English level.
- You can communicate well with both technical and non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab CI), Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as a Code (Terraform), Cloud platform (Azure).
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient Azure-based infrastructure to support our DevOps practices.
- Architect, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, ensuring rapid and reliable deployment of applications.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code principles to manage and version infrastructure configurations, using tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
- Implement automation scripts and tools to streamline repetitive tasks, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall reliability of the infrastructure.
- Establish robust monitoring and logging solutions to proactively detect and address issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all aspects of Azure infrastructure.
