Live demos of three core Claude Code practices on the repo: project memory with CLAUDE.md to give the agent standing context about the codebase; plan mode to review and steer the agent's approach before it edited anything; sub-agents to delegate focused work, such as a code tour, to a specialist agent.

Samuel turns messy data into decisions that people trust. During his PhD in Statistics, Samuel started to question every model. Since then, projects in telecom, healthcare, and cybersecurity have taught Samuel to put those models into production. Along the way, the work moved from predictive models to AI agents. Samuel built agentic pipelines that put Claude Code to work generating statistical analysis. He now leads an AI recommendation system for security teams. Samuel hosted these sessions to share his work experiences: agents perform best with context, a plan, and a focused task.
