The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Klarna API Developer for one of our clients who would be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integrations with Klarna's API. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.

  • Lead the integration of Klarna's API into our e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth and reliable payment and checkout processes.
  • Customise and extend Klarna's API functionalities to meet the specific requirements of our e-commerce applications.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimise API calls, and implement best practices to enhance system performance.
  • Implement security measures and best practices to protect customer data and ensure secure transactions through Klarna's API.
  • Develop robust error-handling mechanisms to provide a seamless user experience and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Klarna API integrations, ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer within the development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality and feature-rich e-commerce solutions.
  • Establish monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address issues related to Klarna API integrations.
  • Manage and update codebase according to changes in Klarna's API versions, ensuring ongoing compatibility.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior developers and team members, sharing your expertise in Klarna API development.
