The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Less CSS Developer for one of our clients who would be responsible for shaping the visual identity of web applications. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Less CSS Developer with a strong portfolio of successful web development projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Less CSS and its features, variables, mixins, and functions.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of stylesheets using the Less CSS preprocessor to create modular, maintainable, and scalable styles.
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing styles.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code quality standards.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistency in the appearance of web applications.
  • Identify and implement optimizations to enhance the performance of stylesheets, ensuring fast loading times.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Less CSS stylesheets, ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer within the development team.
  • Participate in the build and deployment processes, ensuring that styles are integrated seamlessly into the development workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, back-end developers, and project managers, to deliver cohesive and effective web solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior developers and team members, sharing your expertise in Less CSS development.
