The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Less CSS Developer for one of our clients who would be responsible for shaping the visual identity of web applications. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.

What we are looking for:

5+ years of proven experience as a Less CSS Developer with a strong portfolio of successful web development projects.
In-depth knowledge of Less CSS and its features, variables, mixins, and functions.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of stylesheets using the Less CSS preprocessor to create modular, maintainable, and scalable styles.
Implement responsive design principles to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing styles.
Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code quality standards.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistency in the appearance of web applications.
Identify and implement optimizations to enhance the performance of stylesheets, ensuring fast loading times.
Create and maintain technical documentation for Less CSS stylesheets, ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer within the development team.
Participate in the build and deployment processes, ensuring that styles are integrated seamlessly into the development workflow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, back-end developers, and project managers, to deliver cohesive and effective web solutions.
Provide guidance and support to junior developers and team members, sharing your expertise in Less CSS development.
