About us:
The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 PowerApps Engineer for one of our clients. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and related Power Platform technologies.
- Proficiency in building complex PowerApps applications, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of data integration using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and external connectors.
- Familiarity with custom development in PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) and using PowerApps formulas.
- Experience in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive integration.
- Knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) and their use in Power Platform solutions.
- Expertise in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform governance and ALM best practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, and their applications within the Power Platform.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations.
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON for advanced integrations.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer, Power Platform App Maker) will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps to automate workflows, integrate with data sources, and deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Lead initiatives that utilise the Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, Dataverse, and related Microsoft 365 services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into functional and technical designs.
- Create reusable components, leveraging PowerApps Component Framework (PCF), custom connectors, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, etc.) where necessary.
- Work with various data sources (SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dataverse, etc.) to integrate data into PowerApps applications.
- Develop and manage complex workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Support reporting needs by integrating PowerApps with Power BI to deliver real-time data insights and dashboards.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform projects, ensuring proper governance, source control, and deployment processes.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting, debugging, and support for PowerApps solutions, and deliver end-user training where required.
- Ensure adherence to governance and security best practices, including managing environments, permissions, and access control policies within the Power Platform.
