The Role:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center).
- Proven experience deploying ML Skills via AI Center and building Document Understanding pipelines for OCR/ICR extraction.
- Strong proficiency in C# or VB.NET for custom activities, and Python for script integration.
- Expert knowledge of SQL Server (stored procedures, views) and experience consuming/building RESTful APIs within automation flows.
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or Specialized AI Professional certifications are highly preferred.
- Intermediate-advanced English level.
- Design, develop, and implement complex automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure.
- Lead the integration of UiPath AI Center and Document Understanding to automate unstructured data processing and "Human-in-the-Loop" tasks.
- Champion the use of RE-Framework and maintain a library of reusable components and custom activities (C# / .NET / Python).
- Manage and optimize the UiPath Orchestrator environment, including asset management, credential security, and modern folder structures.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to conduct feasibility studies and technical deep-dives for potential automation candidates.
- Conduct code reviews for mid-level developers and establish best-practice standards for the automation center of excellence (CoE).
