The Role:
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience with Rust.
- Strong understanding of systems programming concepts, including memory management, concurrency, and multithreading.
- Experience with writing high-performance and scalable applications.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications and systems using Rust.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and system design to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and code reviews.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in Rust and systems programming.
