The Role:

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Product Design.
• A portfolio showcasing your work in UX design, including wireframes, prototypes, digital assets, websites, applications, and high-fidelity designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Proto.io.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and elegant design solutions.
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Understanding of current design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX design process, including user research, persona development, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviours, needs, and pain points.
• Translate user research findings into actionable design solutions that address user needs and business objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process and ensure that designs are accessible, inclusive, and intuitive.
