 The Role:

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer for one of our clients who would be responsible for leading the design of user interfaces that not only look stunning but also ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
  • Familiarity with UX design, user research, and usability best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, pixel-perfect UI designs for websites, web applications, and mobile apps, adhering to design principles, brand guidelines, and user-centred design practices.
  • Provide design leadership and mentorship to the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
  • Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualise and test design concepts, user flows, and interactions.
  • Advocate for user-centred design principles, conduct user research, and collaborate with UX designers to ensure the design meets user needs and preferences.
  • Create designs that are responsive and adaptive, ensuring a consistent and appealing user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
  • Maintain and expand UI pattern libraries and design systems to streamline the design and development process.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all design assets, including fonts, colours, imagery, and iconography.
  • Participate in usability testing, analyse feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user satisfaction and product performance.
  • Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design specifications to support development and design consistency.
