The Role:

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer for one of our clients who would be responsible for leading the design of user interfaces that not only look stunning but also ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience as a UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
Familiarity with UX design, user research, and usability best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Leadership experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality, pixel-perfect UI designs for websites, web applications, and mobile apps, adhering to design principles, brand guidelines, and user-centred design practices.
Provide design leadership and mentorship to the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualise and test design concepts, user flows, and interactions.
Advocate for user-centred design principles, conduct user research, and collaborate with UX designers to ensure the design meets user needs and preferences.
Create designs that are responsive and adaptive, ensuring a consistent and appealing user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
Maintain and expand UI pattern libraries and design systems to streamline the design and development process.
Ensure visual consistency across all design assets, including fonts, colours, imagery, and iconography.
Participate in usability testing, analyse feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user satisfaction and product performance.
Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design specifications to support development and design consistency.
