The Role:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer for one of our clients who would be responsible for shaping the overall user experience by crafting intuitive, user-centric designs for our digital products. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and advocate for user-centred design practices throughout the design process, from research and concept development to implementation and validation.
  • Plan and conduct user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviour and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain information architecture, user flows, and site maps to ensure the logical organisation of content and functionality.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups to visualise and communicate design concepts, user interactions, and navigation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions, continually improving user satisfaction.
  • Ensure that designs are accessible to users with disabilities, adhering to WCAG guidelines and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency in design implementation.
  • Create and maintain design documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and design specifications.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior members of the UX design team.
